Duolingo allows multiple different answers, but it may depend on what language you are studying. It handles clozes in single word fill in the blanks or multiple right answers. You also may have to complete full sentences in the language you are studying.
4. Does the tool allow you to work on, around or through the language?
Duolingo wants its users to work through the language. It targets the language head on, with little reliance on what the user’s native language may be.
